Orange chicken was crispy. Jalapeño chicken had little spice. Ladies behind the counter were very nice and welcoming. Lots of food for a good price. Recommend.
huge portions for cheap. great take out. i shared a huge plate with my husband for $13. workers were also very sweet and considerate- warning customers to "be careful because the food is hot".
This is my go-to spot for food at parties! I've ordered trays of the chow mein, orange chicken , chicken wings and beef& broccoli and it is always a hit no matter the crowd!! Baby shower, birthday party, house warming etc you name it - the food you get here will get people asking where you ordered it from. Along with the great price especially for events, these items travel well. I transported these over 40mi and they were still warm and crispy upon arrival! Little China Express is different than other spots and it shows in the flavors - the coating of orange chicken is tangy, saucy yet still crispy: chicken wings have a great kick and incredibly well-seasoned; and you can always taste the wok hey and flames from the noodles. On top of the great dishes, the workers there are always the most helpful, friendliest folks. Every time I've gone it's always been these two nice ladies who insist on helping me take the trays to my car too. Would highly recommend this place, I've been back many times and will continue to be back for many many more.

it's so cute here, they did not play with the PORTIONS. love supporting local businesses. and honestly, they have a great selection of different types of entrees. think of it like a panda express, but like more authentic. their portion sizes are huge as well & the flavor of the food tasted amazing, for the price it was for, it was totally worth it. service was amazing as well, they were very kind and patient.

Hide Gem in East LA, came from Pasadena just to try them out and believe me it was so worth it. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. Portions are huge and price is very reasonable. Employees are also very nice. I would recommend this place and of course I will be back.
Good Chinese fast food! The place is clean and the staff is friendly and load up the containers well! I wish they had more picture options on their wall, I didn't see a bowl option, but saw someone purchasing one when I was there. I thibk I would have ordered bowls instead of the larger options pictured on the wall menu. Anyway, our bellies are pleased with Little China Express!
